Return Policy – Rent Medical Equipments

At RentMedicalEquipments.in, we aim to provide the best experience and peace of mind when you rent medical equipment from us. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free for all our customers.

✅ 1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return medical equipment under the following conditions:

• The equipment is no longer required and the rental period has ended.
• The equipment is in the same condition as received (except for normal wear and tear).
• No physical damage or tampering has occurred.
• Return request is raised within the agreed rental duration or extension window.

✅ 2. Return Process

We make the return process simple:

1. Request Pickup:
   Contact our support team via call or WhatsApp at +91-8800277535 to schedule your return pickup.
2. Pickup & Inspection:
   Our delivery team will collect the equipment and perform a basic on-site inspection.
3. Security Deposit Refund (if applicable):
   If a refundable deposit was taken, it will be processed within 3–5 working days after the final inspection.

✅ 3. Early Return Policy

You may return the equipment before your rental period ends. However:

• No refund will be issued for unused days in daily or weekly plans.
• For monthly rentals, partial refunds may be considered based on remaining days, minus logistics and processing charges.

✅ 4. Equipment Damage or Loss

• If the rented equipment is returned damaged, malfunctioned due to misuse, or missing parts, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
• In case of irrecoverable damage or equipment loss, the full cost of the product may be charged as per the rental agreement.

✅ 5. Cancellation Before Delivery

• You may cancel your order before dispatch without any penalty.
• If canceled after dispatch or during transit, logistic charges will apply and be deducted from any advance paid.

✅ 6. Non-Returnable Equipment

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons once delivered and unsealed. These include but are not limited to:

• Adult diapers
• Disposable medical consumables
• Personal-use items (e.g., masks, cannulas, tubing)
